You don't think out loud.
That's the first trick you learn when you wake up. You shut your freaking mouth, shut your hands and start thinking somewhere deep inside.
You may rearrange fallen leaves, or hum a tune for yourself, but that's as much hint as the world is allowed into the thinking process.
All but that is a mistake. 'Cause thoughts kill. Truths kill. And, most of all, names and faces most certainly kill when you think about them clearly. They kill the second you write them down.
So you summon the best and the brightest, and wake up the sleepiest of yourself and dwell on it, quietly.
"Dance, as if no one were watching" translates to "think as if you won't ever have to share your thoughts with anybody".
"Gone fishing", in a similar manner, becomes, "gone thinking".
